Abstract

For a left noetherian ring Ł, we establish a bijective correspondence between equivalence classes of cotilting Ł-modules which are not necessarily finitely generated, and torsion pairs (T ,F) for the category of finitely generated Λ-modules with Λ in F. In the second part of this paper, we give a complete classification of all cotilting modules over a tame hereditary artin algebra.
